Saint Abraham
Saint Abraham the Poor also the Child, he was a fourth century Egyptian hermit. He was called the "the poor" and "the child" because of his simple life and simple faith. He was born in the town of Menuf Egypt, he became of disciple of Saint Pachomius, who founded cenobitic monasticism, based in the Delta river region of the Nile. He was a disciple of Saint Pachomius for 23 years; he then spent seventeen years as a cave hermit.
